chin squares

We don’t typically think of moving our neck in multiple directions but chin squares are a great way to work on keeping the range of motion in our neck.

Similar to balance - the range of motion is “use it or lose it.”

This stretch can also help relieve tension in your upper traps and the muscles in the side of your neck.
