hamstring/calf stretch

This is another easy stretch you can take anywhere and a 2 for 1.

Feel free to use a wall, desk or chair to deepen the calf stretch on one side and then before switching to the other side you’ll hinge into a hamstring stretch.

A great way to get the blood flowing in the legs, which is important if you’ve been sitting for long periods of time.
