hey! my name is Brittany and that was me a few years ago. after spending my career in marketing and sitting behind a desk, my body was starting to give out.

which led me to change course, and eventually become a pilates instructor.

but this isn’t pilates, its movement to help our bodies.

and the philosophy is pretty simple: 

“the more you move, the better you feel”
